Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for excellence, professionalism, and integrity while navigating complex corporate environments. Beyond her professional accomplishments, Shermaine is deeply committed to community service and has been actively involved in civic and fraternal organizations dedicated to uplifting and empowering others.

While her career in finance has been rewarding, Shermaine discovered that one of the most powerful tools for personal and professional success is something often overlooked—etiquette. Through both formal training and life experience, she witnessed firsthand how understanding social graces, communication skills, and professional presence can open doors, build confidence, and create opportunities.

This realization inspired Shermaine to establish All About Etiquette, a school dedicated to helping individuals develop the skills needed to confidently navigate social, academic, and professional environments.
